Gmail-How to Send Password Protected Email

1. To open Gmail Go to https://www.gmail.com
2. Click on sign in as shown in the below image

3. Enter your Gmail id and password in the textbox (refer below image)

4. Click the Compose button as shown in the below image

5. Click on the icon as shown in the below image to turn on the confidential mode

6. Set expiration as shown in the below image

(a) Click on the down arrow

(b) select value as per requirement

7.  If you want to receive the password on email then select No SMS Passcode else select SMS passcode to receive a message on a mobile phone.

8.  We want to receive passcode on email hence using the No SMS passcode method in this tutorial

• Note: if the recipient is using the Gmail app he will be able to open email directly

8.1. Click on the Save Button to proceed

9. Click on the Send button to send the email as shown in the below image

10.  Recipient will receive an email like below. Click on View the email button.

11.  Click on the SEND PASSCODE button

12. You will receive a passcode email like in the below image

13. Enter a passcode to view the content of an email.

14.  Enjoy
